she sunk into the night's transluscent warmth  slippered feet firmly planted in the tattered front seat  of the car that Danny had gotten her for cheap  on a day that had been much colder than this one  having wrapped around her aching shoulders  
a towel to keep moist hair from soiling her blouse  
 
dusty city phosphorescence was settling  behind the illuminated rocky escarpment  variegated creatures watched from beyond the curtain  revealed by the dirt-encrusted headlights of her mother's car  as it plodded over endless buckling playas

thank you for the fav on my Autumn photo. I was lucky to catch a little of what was left of fall. I am now back in the USA and trying to get settled back into this time frame. After 32 hours in flight you can get a little wired. thanks again...g
